Hiring Process
Our company collects data from candidates interested in the position and conducts the initial evaluation of the candidates.
If the criteria are met, a meeting follows, during which an interview is conducted, any questions are answered, and all necessary documents are checked.
Candidates who successfully pass the interview and have all the necessary documents scheduled for an online meeting with participants from the local office in Crete, the German office, and if necessary, a representative from the Personnel Department of the hospital.
In the hiring preparation process, specialized personnel of our company evaluates when the candidate will be ready to start working at the Hospital.
In case the level of German language is not sufficient for the position required, then we undertake to guide the candidates on how to gain proficiency in the language. (Some hospitals may also cover the expenses).
+ergasia informs the collaborating hospital about the arrival date of the interested party, and our representative assists in organizing the transition to Germany and the first presence to assume duties.
